Oksana On is fashion director at Glamour Russia. I discovered her a couple of seasons ago during Milan Fashion Week. I immediately knew that she was going to be delighting all the street style photographers with surprising, chic and sexy looks. Some seasons later she still hasn’t fail to amaze me.
